IT Infrastructure Project Manager

We're Hiring: Operations & IT Infrastructure Project Manager

An insurance company is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee technological infrastructure and operations projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management of technology and infrastructure projects.
• Develop detailed project plans including milestones, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
• Ensure project delivery meets quality, scope, and schedule requirements.
• Monitor project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
• Report regularly on project status and progress to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing technological projects – must.
• Proven experience in managing infrastructure-related projects (such as networking, data centers, cloud migration, cybersecurity, end-user computing, etc.).
• Full proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Monday.com, Jira, Asana, etc.).
• Experience working in or with enterprise IT departments or organizations.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to define work plans, set milestones, and manage project budgets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – ability to manage interfaces between internal teams and external vendors.
• High level of responsibility, independence, and organizational ability.
• Experience in the insurance or financial sectors – an advantage.
• Relevant certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) – an advantage.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English – written and spoken.
