About us:
Over the past decade, TARYAG Medical has developed an invasive medical product for the treatment
of blood vessels. The product is manufactured at the company's site in Or Akiva and is sold in over 35 countries around
the world. The company is seeking to recruit a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer with strong understanding of regulatory
for activities related to the process of continuing product development and improvement, managing customer complaints,
and approving and registering the product in additional territories around the world.
We are looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Science/Engineering – Required
Master's degree in a relevant field – a significant advantage
Experience in quality assurance in the field of medical devices - 3 years of experience required.
Familiarity with standard 13485 - required.
Experience with processes such as: performing FMEA risk assessments, writing IFU, submitting requests for changes
to regulatory bodies, managing and maintaining a technical file for a medical product.
Good understanding of quality and regulatory processes, with an emphasis on development and manufacturing processes.
Ability to be precise and pay attention to detail
Job Description:
The role focuses on the regulatory side and works in full overlap with the Quality Assurance Department, and incooperation and division of tasks with the Quality Assurance Department. The role includes, among other things:
writing system documents (product characterization, test process characterization) for the technical file, process monitoring
and record control, performing internal audits, responsibility for handling customer complaints and their statistical analysis,
writing corrective and preventive actions and incident investigations. Gathering and analyzing market information.
Report to the VP QA & RA.
