Software Team Lead

A Leading Tech Company is Seeking a Development Team Leader – Information Systems Division

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Development Team Leader to join our Information Systems Division and take charge of leading an innovative and agile development team. This is a strategic and hands-on role that includes both professional and managerial leadership, overseeing end-to-end technological solutions, and collaborating intensively with multiple stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of developers in delivering high-quality, scalable backend and frontend solutions
• Taking ownership of the team’s professional growth and personal development
• Ensuring technical excellence and driving architecture and design discussions
• Collaborating closely with product managers, business units, and IT to align technology with business goals
• Managing development lifecycles, from requirements through design, implementation, deployment, and maintenance
• Delivering robust, secure, and maintainable enterprise-grade applications

Requirements:

• Proven experience in server-side development using C# and ASP.NET – Must
• Hands-on experience in Angular frontend development – Must
• Strong database skills and familiarity with Oracle or SQL Server, including writing complex Stored Procedures – Must
• Solid understanding of infrastructure, including IIS, server configuration, and system management – Must
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing technological tasks and development teams
• Strong system-wide perspective and ability to deliver end-to-end technological solutions
