Technical Support Specialist

We're hiring a hands on, sharp, and driven Technical Support Specialist to join our application support team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about learning.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing user support for business critical applications
• Performing software installations and upgrades
• Identifying and troubleshooting system issues
• Liaising with vendors and external support teams when needed
• Documenting processes and executing system tests
• Managing licensing and version control for select systems

What you bring:

• Experience in application/system support- at least 1 year of hands-on experience preferred
• Strong technical aptitude and a fast learning curve
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
• A proactive mindset- you're not afraid to push forward and take ownership
• A team player with solid interpersonal skills
