Superobotics is on a mission to build the future of robotics—next-generation robots that seamlessly fuse hardware and software to reshape supermarkets' operations. We’re a global robotics startup reimagining how hardware and software work together. With component manufacturing spread across countries and final system integration tying everything into one intelligent machine, we’re solving hard problems with bold thinking. Our small but mighty team believes in lean execution, tight collaboration, and building things that last.

As we enter our next growth phase, we seek a COO to join our founding leadership team. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives on complexity, loves building systems from the ground up, and can turn operational chaos into streamlined execution.

• Oversee daily operations in Israel and keep everything in sync with our teams in Europe and the US
• 
  
• Drive the setup and operational readiness of our Robotics Lab in Be’er Sheva
• 
  
• Make hardware and software teams work together like a well-oiled robot (literally)
• 
  
• Create scalable systems that make growth feel easy (even when it’s not)
• 
  
• Build and lead our global supply chain and operations from scratch
• 
  
• Define key performance metrics and build dashboards that give real-time insight into how we're doing

• 7+ years leading operations in fast-moving environments—ideally in robotics, deep-tech, AI, or advanced manufacturing
• 
  
• A track record of scaling startups or tech companies through rapid growth phases
• 
  
• Hands-on experience managing international operations and cross-functional teams across time zones
• 
  
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities that keep teams aligned and moving forward
• 
  
• Solid financial literacy and experience working closely with founders on fundraising and investor updates
• 
  
• Clear and confident communicator in English; Hebrew- Native
