Company Overview: We are a company that designs and develops autonomous robots and drones for various industries. Our mission is to drive autonomy through innovative solutions to complex challenges. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead the execution of complex, cross-functional projects.

Job Overview: As a Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of project execution, from kickoff to delivery. You will work closely with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals. You will report directly to the VP of Product and Projects and are expected to demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional project teams from planning through delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Own and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to deliver high-quality results.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including subcontractors, partners, and government bodies (e.g., Ministry of Defense, IDF).
• Anticipate project risks and proactively drive mitigation strategies.
• Drive process improvement and contribute to the evolution of project management best practices within the organization.

Required:

• 2-3 years of experience in project management, with proven experience in the defense/security sector.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Willingness to travel internationally based on project needs and development stages.

Preferred:

• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Monday, Jira, or similar software
• Familiarity with robotics and/or drones.
• Hands-on experience in both startups and large enterprises, understanding how to adapt between agility and scale.
• Bachelor's degree in business management, engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience working with defense contractors or military organizations
