*Job Description:*

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to join our growing tech company. This role focuses on managing procurement activities and coordinating import/export operations.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- *Procurement Management:*

- Open and manage purchase orders.

- Monitor deliveries and maintain communication with suppliers in Israel and abroad.

- Gather and compare price quotes and conduct basic negotiations.

- Work closely with accounting for invoice processing and payment tracking.

- *Import/Export Coordination:*

- Handle all aspects of international shipping and customs clearance.

- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics providers.

- Manage all relevant documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.

*Requirements:*

- Previous experience in procurement – required.

- Experience in import/export operations – an advantage.

- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Priority) and Microsoft Office.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently.
