Data Engineer – Lead and Build the Data Function from the Ground Up

What you’ll do:

• Build and lead the entire data infrastructure and BI function
• Design and implement robust ETL pipelines and scalable data models
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver data-driven insights
• Own the full data lifecycle: from ingestion to reporting and analysis

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Engineer / BI / Analytics Engineer
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with tools like dbt, Airflow, Fivetran, Snowflake / BigQuery
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end projects independently
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau) – an advantage
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
