Product Owner / System Analyst – Customer Experience Domain

We are looking for a system analysis consultant to lead complex digital projects — someone with proven experience, a broad systemic view, and a passion for technology, UX, and digital innovation.

What will you be doing?

• Analyze and write detailed functional and technical specifications (including API interfaces and system integrations).
• Manage the product backlog, prioritize tasks, and work closely with development teams in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Lead and support cross-organizational digital projects from concept to implementation.
• Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders, presenting complex solutions clearly and effectively.

What are we looking for?

• At least 3 years of experience in analyzing digital systems: Web, Mobile, Portals.
• Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON/XML, and both relational and NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of business logic — including ERD diagrams, sequence diagrams, decision trees, etc.
• Minimum of one year working in Agile environments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while working with various interfaces.
• Significant advantage for experience in product management and/or background in UI/UX and KPIs.
