We're Hiring! International Sales Manager – Asia Region

StePac, a global leader in postharvest packaging solutions, is looking for a dynamic and motivated International Sales Manager to lead our sales activities across Asia.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and grow our sales efforts across key Asian markets – including China, Japan, South Korea, India, and more
• Manage relationships with distributors, partners, and strategic customers
• Identify new business opportunities, conduct negotiations, and close deals
• Represent StePac at international trade shows and industry events
• Work as part of a highly professional and collaborative global team – and make a real impact

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 3 years of experience in international B2B sales – required
• Proven track record in the Asian market – strong advantage
• Excellent English – a must; other languages are a plus
• Independent, proactive, and passionate about building relationships and driving commercial processes
