We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to lead our regulatory compliance and QA processes.

This role offers significant growth potential and involves working with both local and international suppliers and customers.

• Supervise quality control operations in cleanroom-like environments
• Lead, mentor and develop QA trustees across departments
• Design, implement, and optimize quality protocols and procedures
• Oversee supplier quality assurance and inventory control processes
• Manage risk and ensure compliance with stringent industry standards
• Prepare for and lead regulatory inspections and audits
• Promote a culture of quality by training and guiding staff
• Reporting directly to the CEO

• B.Sc. in Life Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Food Technology, or Quality Engineering – Advantage
• 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical, food, or agricultural sectors
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications
• Ability to analyze technical documents such as MSDS, COA, COC, and product specifications
• Excellent attention to detail, multitasking ability, and strong teamwork skills
• Fluent Hebrew and strong English skills (reading and writing)
