We are looking for a highly skilled JIRA Expert for a financial organization.
Location: Rishon Leziyon
Hybrid Model: 1 day from home
Job Description:
- Daily Operational Support
- Configuration and maintenance of JIRA structures, boards, custom fields, workflows, and issue types.
- Supporting day-to-day requests and providing efficient solutions for cross-team usage.
- Managing users, permissions, and project configurations.
- Agile Teams Support & Data Analytics
- Working closely with Agile stakeholders to define and implement data-driven solutions.
- Building and maintaining reports and dashboards, with a strong focus on eazyBI for advanced analytics.
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable insights using JIRA data.
- Project Implementation & CI/CD Integration
- Designing and implementing end-to-end workflows to support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.
- Collaborating with teams to define requirements and translate them into technical JIRA implementations.
- Deep understanding of JIRA REST API for custom development and automation.
- Building integrations with tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, GitHub.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a JIRA EXPERT role - a must
- Experience in building workflows, custom issue types, field configurations, and project templates.
- Hands-on experience with eazyBI - a must
- Coding/scripting abilities – a must
- Strong orientation toward DevOps processes – knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket.
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies and how to support Agile teams using JIRA.
- Proficiency in using and integrating with REST API.
- Familiarity with Confluence
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team, as well as independently and proactively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a service-oriented mindset.
