Software Architect

A successful Israeli high-tech company in the fields of DevSecOps and MLOps has developed a unified platform that consolidates all essential tools for fast, secure, and efficient software development. Their offering includes solutions for CI/CD optimization, security, IoT, and MLOps.

Founded by three Israeli entrepreneurs, the company has been publicly traded on NASDAQ since 2020 and currently employs approximately 1,800 people across 11 global sites, with its R&D center based in Israel.

The company serves over 7,500 customers, including leading brands from the Fortune 100 list, and is considered a pioneer in the DevOps space. It maintains strong technological partnerships with companies like Nvidia and GitHub.

Offices are located in Tel Aviv (next to the train station) and Netanya, with a hybrid work model offering two days from home and biweekly visits to the Netanya site.

Role Overview-

• Serve as the sole Software Architect for the company’s flagship product focused on Release Lifecycle Management
• Lead architectural design and system-level decision-making across the product
• Collaborate closely with fellow architects, product managers, and development teams
• Act as a technical authority, providing guidance and maintaining a broad system perspective
• Research and integrate new technologies to support product evolution
• Design and optimize relational and non-relational databases
• Deeply understand cloud infrastructure, particularly storage-related architecture
• Drive initiatives focused on performance enhancements and cost optimization in cloud environments
• Report directly to the Director of R&D
• Maintain approximately 30% hands-on development, primarily in Java

Requirements-

• 10+ years of experience as an engineer and 4+ years of experience in an architect role
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in B2B systems, large scale DB and design of external APIs
• High level of creativity and curiosity
• Strong hands-on technical orientation and leader
• Programming skills (Java, GoLang)
• Cloud native platforms, including Kubernetes
• System orchestration technologies including devices, networks, and security
• Building scalable products on public clouds including Azure, AWS, Google Cloud
• Microservices architecture and modeling
• DevOps, CI/CD and Agile engineering practices
• Bachelor or Masters degree in Technology or Computer Science fields, or exceptional industry equivalent experience
