Job Vacancy: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Location: Rishon Lezion, Israel / hybrid format

About the CompanyWe are a fintech company from Israel, specializing in international money transfers and servicing clients from various countries. We strive to make financial services accessible, simple, and transparent. We have two key audiences: private clients and businesses (B2B), including employers and partner organizations.
We are currently looking for a CMO who will help build systematic marketing, scale acquisition channels, increase brand awareness, and support the company's growth.
- Development and implementation of marketing strategy (B2C and B2B directions).
- Formation of the marketing budget and management of it.
- Development of a metrics system for evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns and achievements against key KPIs.
- Coordination of marketing activities: digital (targeting, SEO, content), offline (outdoor advertising), PR, and partnerships.
- Supervision of external contractors (agencies, designers, copywriters) and internal processes.
- Development and support of digital infrastructure: landing pages, corporate website, social media.
- Conducting A/B testing and analyzing funnels.
- Collaboration with product managers, lawyers, compliance officers, and other stakeholders.
- Participation in PR initiatives, communication with the media, and brand awareness development.
- Searching for and implementing new customer acquisition channels and loyalty growth.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, including leadership roles.
- Ability to think strategically and implement plans in real conditions.
- Confident knowledge of SEO, digital marketing tools (targeting, analytics, website optimization).
- Experience in building sales funnels and managing multi-channel campaigns.
- Skills in budgeting and analyzing marketing expenses.
- Experience interacting with cross-functional teams.
- Self-organization, responsibility, ability to work without micromanagement.
- Business conversational: Russian, English, Hebrew.
- Experience in fintech and knowledge of the Israeli market will be an advantage.
