Head Of PPC

Are you a strategic thinker with hands-on PPC expertise? Passionate about performance marketing and leading high-impact campaigns? We’re looking for a Head of PPC to own and scale our paid traffic operation across multiple comparison brands.

We’re a fast-growing digital company operating comparison websites in competitive industries. Our mission is to connect users with the best services through high-converting, data-driven funnels—and paid traffic is at the heart of it all.

• Lead strategy, execution, and optimization of PPC campaigns (primarily Google Ads) across multiple verticals
• Manage significant media budgets with full ROI responsibility
• Build, lead, and mentor a team of PPC specialists and media buyers
• Run A/B tests, landing page experiments, and conversion rate optimization initiatives
• Work closely with content, SEO, design, and dev teams to align traffic with funnel performance
• Analyze large sets of data to make fast, accurate decisions and spot growth opportunities

• 4+ years of hands-on PPC experience (including Google Ads, ideally in competitive B2C verticals)
• Proven track record of managing large budgets and delivering measurable ROI
• Strong analytical mindset and data fluency
• Experience with landing page optimization and funnel-based performance marketing
• Leadership or team management experience – a big plus
• Self-starter with high ownership and entrepreneurial energy

• Experience in lead generation, affiliate marketing, or comparison websites
• Familiarity with tracking tools, scripts, automation, and conversion APIs
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment
