Supply Planner

We’re looking for a proactive Vendor Scheduler to take the lead on ensuring smooth material flow and delivery timelines across our supply chain operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Master the Timeline – Analyze purchase orders to build and manage optimal delivery schedules.
• Vendor Communication – Maintain close, clear communication with vendors to confirm delivery dates, quantities, and specifications. Negotiate changes as needed.
• Solve Problems Before They Start – Anticipate potential delays, shortages, invoice or transportation issues. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to find creative, practical solutions.
• Work Cross-Functionally – Coordinate with procurement, logistics, operations, finance, and warehouse teams to streamline supply chain operations.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of experience in vendor scheduling or a similar supply chain coordination role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities – both written and verbal.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
• A positive, energetic, task-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with ERP systems – NetSuite is a plus.
• Fluent in English; bilingual capabilities preferred.
• Background in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or a related field – an advantage.
