🚀 About the Role

Autonomi is a fast-growing AI company transforming how hospitals manage medical inventory with autonomous, real-time consumption tracking and smart supply management.

As we expand into new markets, we’re looking for a highly capable Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO, drive core initiatives, and help lead day-to-day operations with precision, independence, and high value.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

Participate in executive meetings, prepare materials, follow up on decisions, and represent the CEO in various forums
Lead initiatives and coordinate cross-team activities, while managing priorities and deadlines
Draft, review, and manage commercial contracts – legal background is a strong plus
Support the creation of presentations and investor-facing materials
Manage and update our digital assets – LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
Work closely with accounting and prepare materials for our CPA
Liaise with vendors and manage external coordination
