About the Rol
eAs a Technical Content Writer at WiseStamp, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining help center articles, instructional materials, and internal documentation. You’ll take complex product features and workflows and translate them into clear, actionable content that’s easy for both customers and internal teams to understand and use. You’ll support our AI-powered assistant by keeping its knowledge base accurate and aligned with current processes. In addition, you’ll help improve how documentation is structured, maintained, and shared across teams to ensur
econsistency and accessibility. You’ll also partner with Product to review in-app microcopy and UI text, helping ensure a consistent, user-friendly tone across the product experience

- t.You’re detail-oriented with a sharp editorial eye, especially when it comes to UI or user-facing cop
- y.You’re hands-on with tools like Zendesk Guide, Notion, or Confluence and know your way around video tools like Loom or Synthesi
- a.You’re proactive, self-driven, and know how to own a project from start to finis
- h.You thrive in cross-functional settings, working closely with Product, Marketing, and Support to build consistent, high-impact documentatio
