Security Researcher

A cutting-edge startup in the Offensive Security domain, developing an innovative Red Teaming platform that combines expert human security researchers with custom AI Agents. The platform enables context-aware offensive operations, in-depth analysis, vulnerability discovery, and remediation recommendations based on real-world risk.

The company is based in Tel Aviv, near the train line, with a hybrid model. It was founded two years ago by two experienced founders and has already raised $8 million in Seed funding from top-tier VCs.

The company has secured design partners and paying customers, including world-renowned enterprises. The team currently numbers 11 employees.

Role Description-

• Conduct advanced vulnerability research in the Web Application domain
• Discover new vulnerabilities, perform penetration testing at various depths
• Develop tailored TTPs (Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures) for different organizations
• Collaborate with the AI team to design agents capable of running autonomous attack campaigns
• Work in areas such as Network Security, OS Internals, and Exploitation
• Utilize modern Red Teaming tools in a highly experienced and research-driven environment

Required Qualifications:

• Mandatory graduate of one of the following elite military cybersecurity programs:
• 2 years of hands-on experience in vulnerability research / offensive security / security research in the Web application domain
• Proven experience in Penetration Testing
• Familiarity with exploitation tools and methodologies
• Scripting or coding skills in Python / Bash – advantage
