Junior Legal Counsel – M&A

📍 Location: Caesarea | Department: Legal | Reports to: VP of M&A

We're looking for a motivated Junior Legal Counsel to support our global M&A team. This is a great opportunity for a young lawyer to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end international transactions.

What You’ll Do:

• Support all legal aspects of M&A deals, from NDAs to post-merger integration
• Draft and review agreements: NDAs, LOIs, SPAs, shareholder agreements, etc.
• Conduct legal due diligence (corporate, contracts, litigation, regulation)
• Work with external legal advisors across jurisdictions
• Help integrate acquired companies into the group

Requirements:

• LL.B. and a valid legal license (Israel or relevant jurisdiction)
• 3–5 years of M&A experience in a law firm
• Strong drafting, analytical, and multitasking skills
• Excellent English (spoken & written)
• Team player with strong organizational skills
