We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer with over 4 years of hands-on experience in Node.js, TypeScript, and MongoDB to lead and contribute to a major backend system rebuild. Responsibilities:

• Take a leading role in rewriting the backend using Node.js, Express, and TypeScript.
• Design and implement clean, modular, and scalable backend architectures.
• Manage and maintain Docker-based infrastructure and caching solutions like Redis.
• Ensure performance, reliability, and security of backend systems.
• Work closely with frontend engineers to ensure seamless system integration.
• Establish backend development best practices and mentor junior developers.
• Document system architecture and technical decisions.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in backend development with Node.js, TypeScript, and MongoDB.
• Deep understanding of scalable backend system design and performance tuning.
• Experience with building and maintaining RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with Docker, caching mechanisms, and DevOps basics.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with a solution-oriented mindset.

Advantages:

• Experience with message brokers like RabbitMQ.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines based on Docker.
