A leading Industrial company (metal) is looking for factory manager

The role includes:

Managing the company's business and strategy

Managing 30-40 employees and leading the company's management

Construction and implementation of annual, budgetary and long-term work plans

Responsibility for managing all operational, financial, commercial, technological issues in the company

Job requirements:

Proven experience as CEO / factory manager of an independent profit unit in a manufacturing company

Proven experience in leading a defense company - an advantage

Proven experience in managing a manufacturing company, an advantage for serial rather than project-based production

Management skills and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams

Technological understanding and ability to integrate between the world of industry and technology

Strategic vision, ability to make decisions under pressure

Interpersonal communication and high motivation
