About the team:

As an Professional Services Engineer, you'll work with cutting-edge technologies to integrate and automate Radware’s solutions within Public and Private Cloud environments, as well as various Virtualization ecosystems. You will play a key role in conducting Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and delivering innovative, customized solutions to Radware's customers and partners.

The role demands a dynamic, open-minded approach, learning new technologies in an ever-evolving environment. You'll collaborate with SEs, post-sales engineers, and product teams to create strategic tools that bring real value to customers.

What is the job:

Design and implement integrations of Radware solutions in cloud and virtual environments
Lead PoCs and deliver "out-of-the-box" solutions to meet customer-specific needs
Provide expert-level technical support and consulting for Radware solutions
Collaborate with customers to identify and solve complex technical challenges
Stay updated on emerging technologies and contribute to automation strategies

What you need:

3-5 years of relevant experience in networking, professional services, or DevOps roles- A Must
Expert knowledge of Layer 2/3 switching and routing, along with a solid understanding of Layer 4/7 technologies (e.g., HTTP, DNS, load balancing)- A Must
Proficiency in scripting (Python, Perl, TCL, Bash, etc.)- Advantage
Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware, KVM, AWS, OpenStack, and Hyper-V
A quick learner who can adapt to new technologies
Customer-focused with excellent cross-cultural communication skills
Strong English communication skills—both written and verbal
Experience creating technical documentation and presentations
A proactive team player with a solution-oriented mindset

How can you stand out:

Basic programming skills in Java or other object-oriented languages.
Experience in Linux administration.
Familiarity with API integration and programming.
Knowledge of security technologies (firewalls, WAF, IDS/IPS, VPN, SSL, IPSec).
Experience with SDN technologies (NSX, ACI, Nuage, Contrail, OpenFlow).
