A Recruitment Coordinator / Recruiter for a leading brokerage firm is needed!

Job Description:

Responsible for leading recruitment at the Israel branch, including sourcing, interviewing (in English), and managing both individual and mass hiring campaigns. The role requires teamwork, creativity, hands-on experience in recruitment, paid job advertising, LinkedIn and sourcing skills, and the ability to generate reports in Excel. Experience in HR is an advantage.

Requirements:

At least 2 years recruitment experience, high-level English (including interviews), teamwork, knowledge of paid campaigns (job boards & social media), LinkedIn sourcing, creativity, task orientation, hands-on recruitment and interviewing experience, Excel proficiency (for reports – advantage), and background in other HR fields (advantage).
