Chief Financial Officer

We're Hiring: CFO (Client-Facing Role | Tech Startups | Hybrid)

We're looking for an exceptional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our growing financial team and take the lead in supporting a portfolio of innovative tech startups.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, client-facing role as a key financial leader. You'll offer strategic guidance, oversee full financial operations, and help early-stage companies grow and scale.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted financial advisor to startup CEOs
• Provide strategic financial insight and direction, in collaboration with internal teams
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
• Prepare and present management and investor reports
• Take part in board meetings and key decision-making discussions
• Support clients through fundraising and M&A processes
• Ensure compliance with complex tax and accounting regulations
• Manage relationships with auditors, tax consultants, and valuation professionals
• Mentor and develop finance staff and teams

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in senior finance roles, ideally within tech or startup ecosystems
• Demonstrated success in leading fundraising rounds and M&A transactions
• Hands-on experience participating in board meetings
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and global accounting standards
• Proven experience working with international regulatory authorities
• Strong skills in financial modeling, planning, and analysis
• CPA license (Israel or US) and a relevant academic degree (Accounting, Economics, or Business)
• Complete professional fluency in Hebrew and English
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-moving environments while maintaining high-quality execution and client service
