Data Engineer

A FinOps startup developing a cutting-edge technology that analyzes the complexities and costs of cloud infrastructure, detects budget inefficiencies, and delivers fast, high-quality solutions to reduce expenses.

As cloud costs have become the second-largest expense for companies right after payroll optimizing them can result in millions of dollars in savings for large enterprises.

The company already has paying customers and strategic partnerships with industry leaders, including a collaboration with Amazon’s AWS.

It recently completed a Series A funding round led by top-tier global VCs such as Index Ventures, Entrée Capital, and several high-profile angel investors.

Headquartered in Tel Aviv, right by the train and light rail lines, the company operates in a hybrid model (2 days remote).

The team currently includes 65 employees.

Position:

Join the R&D team and take part in building large-scale, distributed, and robust data pipelines. The role involves data modeling and optimization, Data Warehouse architecture, and ETL/ELT processes, all in a cloud-native AWS environment. Work includes both SQL and Go coding.

Requirements-

• 7+ years of software development experience – a must
• 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer – a must
• Hands-on experience with Go or Python – a must
• Cloud experience – a must (preference for AWS)
• Strong SQL skills – a must
• Experience with Big Data tools – a must
