Bookkeeper

A leading international company is seeking a Full-Charge Bookkeeper (up to trial balance) with a proactive mindset and a passion for the profession.

• Full-cycle bookkeeping: banks, credit cards, customers, and vendors
• Credit card reconciliations and incoming payments from clients
• Various reconciliations: company credit cards, bank accounts, intercompany, vendor accounts, and more
• Handling petty cash, collections, and client billing, including issuing invoices
• Preparing payroll-related materials (e.g., attendance reports, insurance documentation)
• Preparing ongoing and annual reports for tax authorities, monthly management reports, and trial balance materials
• Working directly with the CFO
• Full-time position, Sunday to Thursday, with an option for one remote work day per week
• Location: Bnei Brak, on the border with Ramat Gan – excellent access to public transport and light rail, guaranteed parking for employees

• Certified Bookkeeper, Level 2 or 3 – mandatory
• 3–5 years of experience as a sole bookkeeper up to trial balance – mandatory
• Proficient in Excel and Hashavshevet, including journal entry imports – mandatory
• Familiarity with EZ Match – an advantage
• High level of organization, accuracy, responsibility, and excellent interpersonal skills – essential
