Customer Service Representative

customers into passionate evangelists 

Responsibilities

• Leading operational processes with customers
• Providing call center-based customer service (technical & service issues)
• Pro-active calls for customers On-Boarding
• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
• Data entry in various platforms

Qualifications

• At least 1 experience in customer service
• Basic technical knowledge
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work end-to-end process
• Passion for working with older adults – strong advantage
• Friendly, patient, and excellent interpersonal skills
• Proactive and a team player
• Russian speaker – advantage
• Availability to work from the office in Tel Aviv
