As a Support Specialist, you will provide professional support to our B2B customers, helping them resolve issues and get the most out of our services.

We are a SaaS company that provides a marketing automation platform for businesses.
Full-time job, Sunday-Thursday, 9:00-18:00.
Currently 100% remote, and later on from the company’s office in Rishon Lezion
*Responsibilities:
- Support customers via phone, video meetings (Shared screen), and email.
- Manage and resolve support tickets dealing with our software.
*Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B Customer Success, Support, or Service in a SaaS company (mandatory).
- Experience providing customer support via phone, video meetings (with screen sharing), and email.
- Fluent in both Hebrew and English
