Technology Innovation & Research Assistant - R&D

What You'll Do:

• Technology Scouting & Analysis: Proactively identify and analyze emerging technologies, market trends, and startup landscapes (both local and global) relevant to our technological roadmap, with a focus on development, server technologies, and AI.
• Academic & Industry Research: Conduct in-depth research, including comprehensive literature reviews and competitive analysis, to assess the potential of new technologies and academic breakthroughs.
• Strategic Support for Collaborations & M&A: Assist the Head of Academic Collaborations and M&A in evaluating potential partnerships with academic institutions and startup acquisition targets. This includes understanding the underlying technology, its architecture, and its strategic fit.
• Content Creation & Communication: Develop high-quality, compelling presentations and reports that effectively communicate complex technical and strategic information to diverse audiences.
• Relationship Management: Help organize and coordinate academic conferences, workshops, and engagements, fostering strong relationships with leading professors and researchers.
• Administrative & Coordination Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance, including managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth operational flow for innovation initiatives.
• Knowledge Management: Contribute to building and maintaining an internal knowledge base of relevant technologies, research findings, and potential collaboration opportunities.

What You Bring:

• Academic Background: Bachelor's degree (mandatory) or advanced degree (preferred) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Physics, or a related scientific/technological field.
• Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of core technological concepts, including software development, server architectures, and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
• Research Expertise: Demonstrated experience in conducting comprehensive research, including academic literature reviews and technological analysis. Proven ability to synthesize complex information and identify key insights. Experience in academic or technical writing is a significant advantage.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (fluent/native level required).
• Presentation Skills: Proven ability to create visually appealing and articulate presentations that convey complex technical and strategic information clearly.
• Organizational Prowess: Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including academics, startup founders, and internal teams.
