Job Description:
This role involves full management of the sales process, from initial identification and qualification to closing deals and integrating solutions with clients. The position entails working with target customers in the defense and civilian industries.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end sales processes: receiving inquiries, proactive initial contact, in-depth needs assessment, and presenting the most suitable technological solutions
- Providing close support and guidance to clients throughout the proposal stages, with professional responses until successful deal closure
- Business development: initiating new contacts and opportunities through various channels
- Handling interactions with large organizations: managing relationships with companies, industrial plants, and leading organizations in the industry
- Customer retention and building long-term relationships: ongoing follow-up on customer satisfaction after closing deals and nurturing professional, ongoing relationships
What We Are Looking For (Requirements):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, or Electronics Engineering — mandatory
- Proven experience or background in technical/technological sales — a significant advantage
- Strong technical orientation alongside excellent interpersonal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Initiative, proactivity, and high self-motivation
- Willingness to work in a challenging, hybrid environment: office work combined with dynamic field activities and client meetings
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and products within a multidisciplinary environment
- High-level English (spoken, read, and written) — mandatory
