HRIS Business Analyst - 62079

The HRIS Business Analyst plays a key role in bridging the gap between HR and IT, ensuring that the HRIS meets the needs of the business and is aligned with organizational goals.

Your experience and qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field, i.e. industrial engineering, systems information, project management.

• 2-3 years of relevant experience (ex: HR Information Systems, Information Technology, project management)

• Demonstrated knowledge of HR, HR systems, HR processes- Must

• Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors – Advantage

• Excellent analyst skills – ability to independently gather and translate HR business requirements into recommended solutions, configure them and find creative ways to overcome configuration gaps

• Ability to engage productively with a wide range of program stakeholders, including business leads, HR, internal customers, vendors & technical teams

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to document, present, and communicate complex information in a simplified manner to all audiences

• Fluent in English - Must
