We’re building the first modern SOC platform and are looking for an exceptional Full-Stack Engineering Team Lead to lead our Platform team—owning a core business domain and partnering closely with customers and internal stakeholders.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and grow a high-performing full-stack team (React + Node.js) through clear goal-setting, actionable feedback, and individual career plans.
• Own end-to-end delivery: define and refine the roadmap, run agile ceremonies, unblock the team, and ship on schedule.
• Be hands-on: contribute production code across the stack, drive full-stack design reviews, and own the overall services architecture.
• Ship customer-facing features across the stack—from intuitive React UIs to Node-based services—translating complex security signals into clear, actionable workflows.
• Maintain reliability: establish SLOs, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement in CI/CD and on-call practices.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Design, and SOC analysts to bring AI-assisted alert-investigation capabilities to market.
• Foster culture of collaboration, psychological safety, and rapid learning within the team and across engineering.

What we’re looking for:

• 2 years managing software engineers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field — or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven ability to design, build, and operate production systems with JavaScript/TypeScript—especially React on the front end and Node.js on the back end.
• Experience deploying cloud-native applications on AWS or GCP; familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Comfortable designing REST/GraphQL APIs and working with both relational and NoSQL datastores.
• Track record of shipping user-centric products quickly, iterating based on data and feedback.
• Exceptional communication, coaching, and delegation skills that energize teams and align them around ambitious goals.
