Company Description
TECHNO TEST is a leading Israeli chain of vehicles licensing, pre-purchase examination, and car service centers. Operating since 1976, the company provides services in 20 locations across Israel, including vehicle yearly technical inspection, pre-purchase vehicle inspection, vehicle alignment, service centers, body works, and paint centers. Techno Test aims to make roads safer, vehicles less polluting, and car ownership simple, easy, and fun.
Role Description
This is a part-time remote role as an Assistant to the Owner. The Assistant will support the owner in day-to-day tasks, coordination of activities, communication with customers and employees, sales support, and organizational tasks.
Working hours for this role are twice a week: 17:00 - 21:00 and 1 hour between 9:00 - 13:00 (according to flexibility). Can choose to work from home or from company offices.
Qualifications
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Strong Organization Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- AI oriented
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
- Fluency in Hebrew and English
- Student or college education preferred
