Postdoc (Neurodegenration, AI, stem cells)

We are seeking highly motivated postdocs with a strong interest in the molecular genetic basis of neurodegeneration. Our diseaes focus is ALS.

We integrate computational approaches, including AI/deep learning for neuronal imaging, and human pluripotent stem cell models to uncover disease mechanisms. We aslo develop novel biomarkers and therapeutic strategies.

We offer access to the world-class resources of the Weizmann Institute of Science, a vibrant and collaborative scientific environment, and the opportunity to work within a hybrid team of wet-lab biologists and data scientists.

Qualifications:

• Strong Laboratory Skills in stem cell / iPSC models.

OR

• Proficiency in Data science and AI applications relevant to biological research

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• PhD in Neuroscience, data sceince or a related field
