Full Stack Engineer

As one of our first engineers, you’ll shape every aspect of our product and engineering culture.

• Agentic features: Integrate large language models and custom AI agents that automate complex business workflows
• Full-stack development: Own everything from Next.js front-ends and API routes to Node.js services and database schemas
• High-impact decision making: Define our architecture, tooling, and best practices: your work will set the course for our engineering team
• End-to-end ownership: Take features from requirements gathering through prototyping, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring

• Required: Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, experience with large codebases
• Experience with large language models or AI agent frameworks
• Bonus: tRPC, Effect-TS, Drizzle ORM, AWS services

• 3+ years building scalable web applications with Node.js, React or Next.js, and TypeScript
• Proven track record in an early-stage startup or fast-paced engineering environment
• Hands-on familiarity with large language models or agent frameworks (fine-tuning, prompt engineering, etc.)
• Strong product mindset—able to translate business needs into elegant technical solutions
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Engineers who prefer strict 9-to-5 schedules with extensive specs before writing code
• Developers focused only on frontend or only on backend: you’ll work across the entire stack
