Assistant Controller – Global Public Group (based in Central

Israel)

Reporting directly to the Group Controller

Our global public company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented

Assistant Controller to join our finance team at the company headquarters in central

Israel. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic, fast-paced

environment, working with international subsidiaries and contributing to the financial

reporting of a publicly traded company.

Key Responsibilities:

 Overseeing financial reporting for international subsidiaries, including

coordination with external auditors and tax advisors, as well as handling

ongoing tax authority reporting.

 Assisting in the preparation of quarterly and annual consolidated financial

statements for the publicly listed parent company.

 Participating in the preparation of tax reports for the group’s entities.

 Providing ongoing support to the sales and operations teams on various tax-

related matters, including special approvals.

 Ensuring compliance with IFRS accounting standards.

Requirements:

 Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – mandatory

 Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Senior Auditor at a Big 4 firm –

mandatory

 At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant Controller – strong advantage

 Proven experience auditing publicly traded companies in Israel – mandatory

 In-depth knowledge of IFRS – mandatory

 High-level proficiency in English – mandatory

 Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
