IT Project Manager

As part of our Project Management Team, the IT Project Manager will play a key role in driving the successful execution of IT and software development projects within our Bingo B2X platform.

Our Bingo B2X platform provides partners with gaming clients (desktop and mobile), core business logic modules, back-office systems, and a variety of third-party integrations. The IT Project Manager will be involved in all product lifecycle stages, ensuring efficient and high-quality delivery.

As an IT Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams, manage Agile software projects, and ensure smooth execution from planning to deployment. You will collaborate closely with R&D, Product, QA, and IT teams while maintaining strong communication with business stakeholders and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of IT and software development projects, from initiation to deployment, in an Agile environment.
• Collaborate with R&D, IT, Product, QA, and other departments to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
• Manage multiple projects/releases simultaneously, prioritizing tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Act as the technical focal point for IT projects, ensuring business objectives are met while maintaining quality and security standards.
• Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation plans.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and timelines.
• Improve and optimize project workflows, ensuring efficiency and transparency.
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and post-release evaluation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager in a software development or IT environment.
• Proven track record of managing Agile software projects.
• Strong technological background—experience in software development, QA, or IT infrastructure isa plus.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, managing dependencies, and aligning technical solutions with businessgoals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other Agile project management tools.
