Configuration Manager

A leading company in Central Israel is looking for an experienced Configuration Manager to join our cross-functional engineering team.

This role offers a unique opportunity to influence and shape configuration management tools and processes across multidisciplinary projects, including software, hardware, and system engineering.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Define and implement tools and processes to improve the configuration management environment
• Support system engineers in configuration management activities across projects
• Provide CM support to R&D teams (mechanical, electronic, electrical, software)
• Design and define interfaces between CM tools and organizational IT environments

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree or practical engineering diploma in Science, Engineering, or Software
• Proven experience as a Configuration Manager – mandatory
• Advantage: Experience in both software and hardware/firmware domains
• Advantage: Experience supporting freeze processes and release management
