Senior Product Manager (Digital Health)

One of our clients, a growing and well-funded startup, is looking to hire a Senior Product Manager to join their expanding team.

This innovative company develops cutting-edge artificial intelligence SaaS solutions that are revolutionizing cancer diagnostics. Their technology enables faster and more accurate clinical decisions and supports precision medicine. With a strong presence in both the U.S. and Israel, they are shaping the future of digital pathology.

In this role, you will own the product roadmap and lead cross-functional efforts to deliver high-impact features at the intersection of machine learning, clinical workflows, and enterprise software. You'll collaborate with internal teams including R&D, data science, UX, and commercial units, as well as external partners, to ensure the successful launch and adoption of products with real-world clinical significance.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap in alignment with business goals
• Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery to optimization
• Partner with engineering, data science, and design teams to build effective solutions
• Ensure product-market fit in collaboration with commercial and clinical teams
• Lead customer discovery and validate market opportunities
• Oversee partner integrations and strategic alliances
• Ensure compliance with medical device standards and regulations
• Engage with stakeholders globally, with some travel required

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a B2B SaaS product manager – must
• Background in healthcare AI, digital pathology, or clinical software – must
• Technical/software development background – must
• BSc in Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related fields
• Proven track record managing complete software product lifecycles
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong execution skills and project management capabilities

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days in-office, 2 remote

Office Location: Near public transport in central Tel Aviv
