Project Controller (PMO) Position
A leading company is seeking a Project Controller (PMO) for an interesting and challenging role in a digital acceleration project currently in its establishment phase.
Job Description:
Requirements:
- Creating and building work plans and Gantt charts, managing them using MSP
- Tracking execution against planning in Jira and synchronizing between MSP and Jira
- Ability to work in a matrix environment with multiple tasks and processes (working with multiple stakeholders, ability to manage large amounts of data)
- Preparing presentations for project managers and steering committees
- Proficiency in computer software and methodologies
Requirements:
- Over 5 years of experience in project control (PMO) - preference for technology projects based on IT
- Experience working in large organizations (integration and project companies, consulting firms providing control and project management services, large high-tech companies, banks, insurance)
- Experience in large IT implementation projects (not maintenance)
- Preference for experience working on the vendor side
- Extensive experience with MS Project (handling thousands of lines, planning milestones, defining dependencies, identifying critical paths, resource allocation, etc.)
- Extensive experience with JIRA
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint
- Experience working on projects using AGILE methodology - advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational ability, service-oriented, assertiveness
Full-time position, work location in Lod. One day per week working from home.
