VP of Product

Faye is on a mission to transform travel insurance and care. We've built the most loved travel insurance brand in the U.S. by combining whole-trip protection with real-time travel support and fintech solutions. Now, we’re seeking a visionary, hands-on, and highly capable VP of Product to lead our Product organization into the next phase of growth, as we scale from $100M to $1B+.

This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the CEO and part of Faye’s management team. You’ll lead a team of product managers, define our product vision and strategy, and drive execution across a range of B2C and B2B2C products—from traveler-facing apps to partner distribution platforms. You will shape how millions of travelers experience protection, peace of mind, and proactive service.

What You’ll Do

• Own the product strategy, roadmap and execution across Faye’s diverse product portfolio:
  
  

○ E-commerce website & conversion-optimized onboarding

○ Mobile app for travelers (chat, trip info, travel solutions, claims)

○ Faye Wallet for real-time travel reimbursements and future fintech capabilities

○ Flight issue prediction and travel intelligence tools

○ Distribution platforms for travel agencies and API integrations

○ Internal systems including policy administration, claim management, and AI infrastructure

• Build and scale a world-class Product team - recruit, coach, and develop PMs and other stakeholders
• Work with Engineering and R&D management to ensure quality and throughout
• Champion a culture of experimentation, speed, collaboration and clarity across teams
• Work closely with design, data, finance, operations, sales, and growth teams to launch high-impact features and iterate fast
• Drive scale through AI, data and automation
• Work on integrations with out-of-box tools, including CRM, ERP, reconciliation, fraud detection, and others
  
  

Requirements:

• 8+ years of product leadership experience in B2C or B2B2C tech companies at scale (millions of users, thousands of partners)
• Proven track record as a VP Product or equivalent top product leader in a high-growth startup environment
• Background in fintech, traveltech, and consumer apps is a major plus
• Ability to jump between hands-on execution and strategy
• Deep fluency in analytics, attribution logic and data infrastructure
• Comfort with ambiguity, speed, and an ambitious growth environment
• Strong business acumen, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset
