We are looking for a SW Project Specialist to join our team. You will drive the end-to-end execution of complex cross-functional projects, focusing on product delivery, operational stability, and process excellence. You will work closely with the NOC team (US-based), R&D, QA, and Product teams to ensure clarity, accountability, and smooth delivery of releases and infrastructure improvements.

Your day to day:

Lead project planning and execution for cross-functional technology initiatives, including new product features, system integrations, and operational readiness.
Coordinate with the US-based NOC team to align on service delivery, incident tracking, and infrastructure support tasks.
Own and drive release management: track version readiness, manage cutovers, and facilitate post-release validation with all relevant stakeholders.
Maintain detailed project tracking in tools like Jira and Confluence; ensure transparency and communication of project status, risks, and issues.
Partner with engineering, QA, and product teams to define deliverables, dependencies, and milestones.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps, streamlining workflows, and reinforcing delivery best practices.
Support documentation and internal reporting requirements related to planning, release notes, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with product and team leads to align priorities, resolve cross-team blockers, and ensure consistency in execution.

Requirements:

3–5+ years of experience in technical project management, or QA leadership preferably in a high-growth, product-focused company.
Strong understanding of SDLC, development frameworks, and release management processes.
Prior experience working with global teams, including operations or NOC groups.
Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and project tracking tools.
Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and build trust with cross-functional teams.
Technical literacy is required to work closely with engineering teams; experience in development, infrastructure, or deployment projects is a plus.
