Project Manager

Spinomenal, one of the leading companies in the online casino gaming industry, is looking for a Project Manager to lead the end-to-end game development process.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end game development projects, from concept to launch, including design, development, QA, and delivery.
• Oversee planning and execution of game certification processes across multiple regulated markets.
• Lead the enabling process of games for Spinomenal’s global client base.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with development, art, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Own project timelines, resource allocation, and process management to meet milestones while upholding high-quality standards.
• Proactively identify risks and bottlenecks, and remove obstacles to ensure smooth development workflows.
• Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all parties.
  
  

• At least 1–2 years of experience in project management within a software development environment (experience in the gaming industry is a strong advantage).
• A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, or another relevant engineering field.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, and Kanban, and their practical implementation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams, including Development, Design, QA, Operations, and Clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• High level of English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA and Monday.com.
  
  

• Previous experience in the iGaming industry is a significant advantage.
• Experience working with global clients and in regulated markets is highly desirable.
