Octup is a real-time, dynamic operations and analytics AI platform purpose-built for 3PLs and eCommerce businesses. We unify data from different data sources into a centralized source of truth—powering internal efficiency, customer visibility, billing, and strategic growth. Our tools help 3PLs run smoother warehouses, retain clients through transparency, and differentiate their service in a competitive market.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a commercially-minded, hands-on Marketing Manager who will build our marketing function from the ground up and become the engine behind our go-to-market success. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, is deeply aligned with sales, and can balance strategic thinking with crisp execution.
You’ll be responsible for building brand awareness, fueling pipeline, enabling sales, and amplifying our story across channels. You'll work directly with the founding team and shape the company’s external voice, GTM motion, and growth engine.
What You'll Do
Strategy & Execution
- Build and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy and plan—across content, social media, email, events, partnerships, PR, and more.
- Create strong company positioning and messaging that differentiates Octup in the 3PL and logistics space.
- Be the main point of contact for sales, product, and leadership to drive aligned, high-impact marketing initiatives.
- Manage the marketing budget, tools, and resources for efficient scaling.
Demand & Pipeline Generation
- Create and optimize acquisition funnels using paid ads, landing pages, A/B testing, CRO, marketing automation, and partnership channels.
- Use content-based omnichannel practices to generate and accelerate the pipeline.
- Plan, host, and sponsor both virtual and in-person events to increase brand exposure and drive lead gen.
Analytics & Enablement
- Build dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making across marketing and sales.
- Drive sales enablement by creating compelling collateral: one-pagers, case studies, decks, objection handlers, etc.
- Run experiments, track performance, and iterate quickly based on results and feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing for global SaaS companies, ideally with startup and build-from-scratch experience.
- Proven track record in generating pipeline and revenue growth through strategic and tactical marketing.
- Data-driven, with deep knowledge of marketing analytics, funnel optimization, and campaign ROI.
- Proficient English speaker with exceptional writing and storytelling skills.
- Strong experience with HubSpot and other modern marketing automation/reporting tools.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and presenting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-starter with a can-do, positive attitude. Team player with high energy and ownership.
- Flexible and able to operate across time zones as part of a global go-to-market team.
