Data Infrastructure Team Leader for a Leading Financial Organization 5138

We are seeking a hands-on, tech-savvy Team Leader to manage a team of experienced and independent data infrastructure professionals in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of skilled data professionals
• Manage complex, cross-technology systems
• Oversee projects, implement work methodologies, assign tasks, manage timelines, and interface with internal Data consumers
• Provide architectural guidance and support for ETL and BI infrastructure developers
• Work in a cloud-based environment (Azure/GCP), primarily using Microsoft technologies
• Explore and evaluate new technologies and innovative products in the Data domain
• Perform code reviews for experienced Data team members

Requirements:

• Strong leadership skills with deep technological understanding
• 1–2 years of experience as a team leader – required
• In-depth knowledge of ETL processes and Data architecture – required
• Expertise in Microsoft technologies – SSIS, Tabular, SQL Server – required
• Familiarity with Big Data technologies – advantage
• Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI – advantage
• Ability to work independently in a multi-project, high-pressure environment
• Strong people leadership skills in complex and dynamic settings
• Conflict resolution abilities and a strong service orientation
• Experience in providing services as a vendor – advantage
