We're looking for a CPQ Business Analyst to lead and manage our Salesforce CPQ system and support product and pricing operations across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own architecture, configuration, and administration of Salesforce CPQ.
• Configure products, product and price rules, and automation workflows.
• Streamline product go-to-market processes in Salesforce.
• Maintain system users, roles, permissions, and data integrity.
• Collaborate with Product Management on launches, escalations, pricing, and enhancements.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and templates.
• Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and support.
• Ensure ongoing data quality through regular reporting and audits.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years in Salesforce Administration.
• 2+ years with Salesforce CPQ – Must.
• Salesforce Admin & CPQ certifications – Required.
• High-level English – spoken and written.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with user security, workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
