Solutions Engineer – Earth Observation, TT&C, and Aerospace Systems

We’re looking for an experienced Solutions Engineer to join our growing Earth Observation, Tracking, Telemetry & Command (TT&C), New Space, and Special Projects division. In this hybrid technical-commercial role, you’ll collaborate with Sales and Engineering teams to lead customer engagements, design tailored system architectures and help secure strategic projects.

You’ll act as a technical subject matter expert, shaping solutions that support critical missions in aerospace, defense, and space communication. This position offers a unique opportunity to work across diverse technologies—mechanics, RF, electronics, and software—while directly influencing our business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical lead in multidisciplinary projects involving RF, mechanics, electronics, and software
• Design custom system solutions based on customer requirements, including architecture, block diagrams, and technical documentation
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations
• Support Sales with technical expertise throughout the business development cycle
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to build effective, competitive solutions
• Conduct link budget analyses and RF performance assessments
• Mentor sales team members and contribute to product strategy through market feedback
• Improve proposal tools, templates, and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering, or similar
• 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions, or systems engineering role in aerospace or TT&C domains
• Solid understanding of RF systems, satellite communications, and multidisciplinary system design
• Skilled in creating system architecture, block diagrams, and technical sales material
• Fluent in English and Hebrew, with strong presentation and technical writing skills
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading major proposal efforts in aerospace, satellite, or defense sectors
• Background in system integration and hands-on testing (FAT, SAT, ATP)
• Familiarity with ground stations, tracking systems, Earth Observation, or New Space technologies
