Responsibilities:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Controller in Tel Aviv, Israel. In this role, you will be working on the Funds’ Financial Statements, Israeli tax reports, US Tax returns and K-1 schedules, supporting day-to-day finance activities, fund regulations (FATCA, CRS, CIMA) and supporting our investors with finance-related inquiries.This role will report to the CFO, with extensive collaboration with various teams to provide financial insights and analysis. 

The role will include but is not limited to:

• Quarterly and monthly reporting to management and investors
• Preparation of the Fund’s Financial Statements
• Preparation of Tax reports for the Fund and its investors
• Assistance with various financial responsibilities such as cash flow, billing & collection
• Oversee all audit and internal control operations
• Calculate distribution amounts for investors for all follow-on rounds, exits and dividends including but not limited to pro-rata, taxes, etc.

Requirements:

• Licensed CPA
• 2-3+ years of experience working at one of the Big 4 Accounting Firms required, with prior experience working with or for venture capital firms an advantage
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required, prior experience working with CRM solutions such as SalesForce an advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be fluent in spoken and written English
• Analytical mind with excellent data collection, analysis, and problem-solving skills
• Efficient and creative problem-solver, comfortable with ambiguity, complexity, and nuance
• Hard working with the ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
