Back Office Employee

We’re looking for an experienced back office finance operations professional to manage daily reconciliations, reporting, and affiliate support. This role requires high attention to detail, ownership of financial flows, and proactive communication with partners and stakeholders. Our offices are located in Holon.

Responsibilities:
*Monitor and reconcile daily transactions, balances, and profit tracking
*Manage commissions, prepare weekly/monthly financial reports
*Support affiliate operations and ensure accuracy in tracking and payouts
*Handle large volumes of data
*Communicate with providers and partners to optimize costs and budgeting

Requirements:
*Advanced Excel proficiency
*Strong organizational and analytical skills
*English - high level
*Experience with affiliate networks or partner management is a plus
*Familiarity with HubSpot is an advantage
